Stress Relief for Kids Reiki 101

Service Description

This is a 4 hour class for children and teens. The class will teach your children and teens to use a simple Japanese technique called Reiki which reduces the sign and symptoms of stress that you may be seeing in your children and teens. Symptoms in children such as increase irritability, crying, clinging behavior, complaints of headaches, stomaches, frequent trips to the school nurse. Your teenagers can have additional behavior changes such as being short tempered, trouble sleeping, stress eating, increase procrastination, and withdrawing from family and friends. Refusal to attend school or participate in school activities. There may be other symptoms particular to your kids, depending on their coping skills. Reiki works with all medical treatments, it is easy to learn and immediately effect upon completion of this short interactive class. An adult should accompany children in class, teenagers can attend alone or with a parent. Cost is $75/adult and $60/child/teen. This class can also be available in a private family setting. Classes are limited to 10-12 participatents. The children and teen class are held separately.
